Welcome to THICKR! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the THICKR mobile application ("the App") operated by Xora Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using THICKR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About THICKR

THICKR is a hair wellness tracking and education app that provides:

• AI-powered hair analysis insights
• Personalized wellness recommendations
• Habit tracking and progress monitoring
• Educational content about hair health

THICKR is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service. See Section 7 for important health disclaimers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use THICKR. If you are between 13-17, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the App, you represent that:

• You meet the age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
